A Few Words About Me

Hello! I’m Asya
I am a registered physiotherapist and I love helping people live to the fullest – with as little pain as possible. Whether it’s an injury, a chronic condition, recovery from surgery, injury prevention, balance issues or any other impairment or concern – I always strive to determine the root cause and to create a treatment plan accordingly. Our bodies are beautifully complex and unique, there is no one-size-fits-all recipe and your optimal recovery depends on taking into consideration every unique intricacy of how your body moves and functions, to give you the best outcome. I make it my mission to work with you toward your functional goals, without the exhausting toll that pain and other symptoms can have on your life. I work with people of all ages, if you are not sure whether physiotherapy is right for you, feel free to get in touch – I will help you determine the best course of action.

Mission statement
